What We Offer

Digital Textile Printing

 
To put simply, Digital textile printing is described as an ink jet based method of printing colorants onto fabric. It was first introduced towards the early nineties & has come a long way since, in terms of both quality & manufacturing speed. Owing to it’s edge over the traditional method of analog screen printing, digital textile printing is the beginning of technology shift, the way computers were to typewriters, slowly but surely.

Digital Textile Printing has the following advantages over traditional printing:

  • The process is environment friendly
  • There is no requirement of screens.
  • Greatly reduces the need for inventory.
  • Prints directly from easily stored, transmitted, & transported computer files.
  • There is no limit on number of colors.
  • There is no minimum order quantity as there is no major setup time required for printing.
  • Reduces proofing time from weeks to hours, thus accelerating design and product development.
  • Digital printing is capable of converting any graphics which has been created on a computer to be printed on fabrics.
  • The process is not only time effective but also cost effective.






 

Design Studio

 

We are very meticulous about the safety of our client’s designs. Hence, our studio & shop floor are supported by biometric devices which makes access to the designs restricted.

At our studio, we have in-house designers who can assist our clients. Be it fine tuning the designs provided to us or even working alongside the client to shape his/her imagination to create a design on the screen and finally into files which can be printed.

We have in our studio both Windows and Mac OS to support any file which our client provides us to work on.

We accept the following designs in case our client wants his/her own designs:
Tiff | PSD | Vector | CDR | JPEG

These files should have a resolution of 300 dpi preferably.

Process & Methodology

 
To get the best quality of our product we follow the whole operation religiously, consisting of the following processes:

  • Fabric inspection
  • Pre-Treatment
  • Printing
  • Post-Treatment
  • Final Inspection

This printing can be done on large reams and rolls of fabric or applied to smaller garments.
